Jorge Quirarte Garcia
Originally from Torreón, Coahuila. In 2005 he arrived in the city of Monterrey to study at the Culinary Institute of Monterrey. He began to work in different renowned restaurants in the city, making seafood his specialty. But is dream as a child was to reach the United States and is now the current Chef at Picos Restaurant, in Houston, Tx. His greatest achievement is to preserve his essence, with his feet on the ground and his gaze on the sky, a dreamer full of goals. Cooking is not his job, it’s his passion.

Fernando Stovell
An award-winning chef & restauranteur, living between the UK and Mexico who has been privileged to cook for heads of state, politicians and celebs form around the world. Fernando creates contemporary dishes that blend European and Mexican cuisine, with a love of traditional, wood-fired cooking. Having opened his own lauded restaurant, Stovell’s, in Surrey in 2012, Fernando now brings his unique personality and style to the screen, having featured on a number of live TV shows including Saturday Kitchen, Market Kitchen for the BBC, Sky TV UK and MasterChef Mexico, TV Azteca.
