-GUIDELINES -
TAKEOUT ORDERS:
-social distancing protocols will be respected during all transactions
-the front doors of the restaurant will be CLOSED to meet guidelines for personal distance.
-all orders will be picked up on the PATIO.
-Payment is by credit card in advance. No need to sign your credit card receipt when you pick up, just grab your takeaway bag from the table on the patio, and away you go!
-A 15% service charge will be added to all orders. If you wish to adjust the service charge, please let us know over the phone when you order
DELIVERY ORDERS:
-delivery within a 2 mile-ish radius
-A $10 delivery fee will be added to all orders outside of 2 miles
PATIO DINING:
-We are required to collect contact info from guests when you sit down.
-In order to control the flow of guest traffic, we are STRONGLY ENCOURAGING reservations by calling the restaurant at 626-594-6377. Due to our reduced capacity, seatings will be limited to 90ish-minutes. The maximum party size we are currently permitted to seat is 6 guests.
-Contactless payment is available upon request. Just give us your credit card in advance when you make your reservation. You won’t need to sign ANYTHING! A 20% service charge will be added to your final check. If you wish to adjust it, please let us know verbally. If you want to split a check with your dining companion(s), we ask you to use Venmo or other apps to transfer funds to them - because it’s 2020.
-Tables on our patio are 6 feet apart in accordance with Department of Health guidelines.
-Menus are printed daily and placed in the recycling bin after each use. They are also available at bacchuskitchen.com and easily accessible on your smartphones.
-We will only allow one party at a time to check in at the host stand. Please maintain social distance while waiting to check-in.
-Guests are required to maintain a social distance of 6 feet between themselves and others. Guests are required to wear protective face coverings when entering and exiting the property, and when not seated at their table.
-Wine service: If you feel more comfortable bringing your own wine opener to the restaurant we have zero issues with that. To each their own.
-Hand sanitizer is available to staff and guests.
