About the event

Join us on Sat. November 14th as we explore the wines of Santa Barbara County paired with a multi-course meal from guest Chef Teresa Montano of Otoño Restaurant. 

Food & Wine will be picked up between 5pm and 630pm.

There will be an amuse bouche and small sip at pick-up plus a chance to say hi to Chef Teresa & Claud

Virtual Q&A with the winemakers and Chef Teresa at 7pm

slow poached baby squid by brujula, carmona olives, citrus, parsley

beer braised spanish octopus, crispy fingerling potato, chimichurri

3.  Short Rib Canelones paired with Matela 2013 Teroldego

sherry braised short rib stuffed pasta with truffle bechamel,

pickled wild mushrooms and black garlic

4.  Spice Cake paired w 4oz of Say When Carbonic Grenache Blanc

pumpkin spice cake, poached pear, goat milk cajeta
