By popular demand... a cooking camp for adults!
our teen cooking camp is all grown up

Besides giving you an excuse to cook & drink wine with Claud & Brandon, this is a chance for adults to get a small taste of what running a restaurant feels like - without the financial stress of actually doing it in real life! *it's not like what you see on "The Bear". Promise.

Led by Chef Claud Beltran, this is an immersive cooking intensive designed to improve cooking skills and give you a taste of restaurant life - in both the kitchen and front of house.

This 4 week course culminates in a Sunday Friends & Family Dinner where chefs will design, cook for (and serve) their family + friends in a Pop-up restaurant concept that they will collectively create, using the kitchen and dining room of Bacchus’ Kitchen in Pasadena. Think of the Top Chef "Restaurant Wars" episodes (but without the competition).

- a “family meal” with wine pairing served at 3pm each Sunday
