Join us for a molto bene evening of Italian wines!


  • Susy Ceraudo from Ceraudo : Leading the charge on organic farming in Calabria with extraordinary indigenous grapes like Pecorello and Gaglioppo.


  • Guido Dispenza from Mastrojanni: Sales & Marketing Manager for one of the most iconic, highly-allocated, and historic estates in Brunello di Montalcino.


  • Domenico di Luccio from Dirupi & Mariotto: Representing a pristine portfolio of boutique, traditional producers including Dirupi , Mariotto .


THE WINES:


         Ceraudo | Grayasusi Calabria Rosato IGT Copper Label 2025

  • Producer: Ceraudo (Certified Organic).

  • Region: Calabria IGT (Hills of Strongoli).

  • Varietal & Winemaking: 100% Gaglioppo, night-harvested to preserve acidity. Fermented and aged entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel.


    Claudio Mariotto | Derthona Timorasso 2024

  • Producer: Claudio Mariotto is a benchmark patriarch of the Timorasso renaissance, having helped rescue the native grape from near-extinction in the late 1980s.

  • Region: Colli Tortonesi, Piedmont. Grown on marine clay and limestone soils known as Tortonian marl.

  • Varietal & Winemaking: 100% Timorasso. Fermented exclusively in stainless steel with blocked malolactic fermentation to protect its vibrant acid core. It undergoes prolonged lees contact and regular bâtonnage to develop a deep, oily texture.


         Ceraudo | Petelia Calabria Bianco IGT 2022

  • Producer: Roberto Ceraudo is a pioneer who converted his estate to certified organic farming in the late 1980s.

  • Region: Strongoli, Calabria. Coastal maritime vineyards rooted in clay and limestone, refreshed by cool Ionian sea currents.

  • Varietal & Winemaking: A co-fermented blend of native Greco Bianco and Mantonico, balanced with Chardonnay. Raised entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel to protect its pure fruit and floral notes. Certified Organic.


         Dirupi, Ole Rosso Di Valtellina DOC 2024

  • Producer: Dirupi. Passionate winemakers practicing heroic viticulture on the steep, challenging terraces of the Alps.

  • Region: Valtellina, Lombardy.

  • Varietal & Winemaking: 100% Chiavennasca (the local name for Nebbiolo). Made with minimal intervention and fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness.


         Mastrojanni, Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2024

  • Producer: Mastrojanni.

  • Region: Montalcino, Tuscany.

  • Varietal & Winemaking: 100% Sangiovese. Aged 6-7 months in 54-hectoliter Allier oak barrels to soften the tannins while retaining the grape's youthful exuberance.


         Mastrojanni, Brunello di Montalcino 2021

  • Producer: Mastrojanni.

  • Region: Montalcino, Tuscany. Sourced from south-facing vineyards situated on loamy soils studded with boulders.

  • Varietal & Winemaking: 100% Sangiovese. Matured for 36 months in Allier oak barrels of varying sizes, followed by extensive bottle aging.
