How much does a private event cost?
Every event is custom, so pricing depends on your space, your menu, and what you have in mind. Tell us what you are planning and we will put together options that fit.
Can we bring our own cake or dessert?
Yes. Outside cake and dessert are welcome for celebrations, and we will plate and serve it for your table. Let us know in advance so we can have plates and candles ready.
Is there a deposit to book?
A deposit holds the date and is applied to your final bill. We will go over the details when we plan your event together.
Can we customize the menu?
Yes. Every event menu is built with the kitchen — usually a prix fixe of three or four courses drawn from what is in season. Family style and passed appetizers are both options.
Is the full bar included?
The full bar is available for every space, including the private room and the patio. You can run an open bar, set a tab limit, or have guests pay individually.
Can we have live music or a DJ?
Yes. We have live music every week and can arrange a trio or a solo player for your event. Outside musicians and DJs are welcome; the sound system is already in the room.
How far in advance should we book?
We are flexible and do our best to work with everyone. The sooner you reach out, the more dates you will have to choose from. We will always tell you honestly if a date is tight.
What is your cancellation policy?
We walk through cancellation terms at your first planning meeting, so everything is clear before you book.
Is the patio weather protected?
The patio is covered and heated, with string lights overhead. It stays comfortable year-round in Pasadena, and we can move a party indoors if the weather turns.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy needs are all straightforward with notice. Send us the details when you confirm your headcount and the kitchen will build around them.

The entire restaurant and bar for the night, with the patio as reception space. Custom menu, full staff, and live jazz if you want it. 80 plus guests.
