Winemaker Wednesday with Defiance Vineyard of Paso Robles

Join us on April 5th for the next installment of Winemaker Wednesdays at 530pm featuring Defiance Vineyard.

Winemaker Wednesdays are smaller & more intimate tastings compared to our larger wine dinners, featuring a tasting with local winemakers accompanied by small plates. Please feel free to stick around for dinner afterwards!  

Founded in 2012, Defiance Vineyard is a boutique vineyard nestled to the east of Paso Robles, and is known in the area for growing premium Petite Sirah and Bordeaux varieties.  Bill and Cheryl Faulkner developed Defiance Vineyard in 2012 with their children, and launched Defiance Wine in 2019. The three sisters, Erin, Brianna, and Vincenta, now run this women led wine brand, both promoting women in business and in the wine industry.

Brianna Carroll is Defiance Vineyard’s lead winemaker. She is part of an all sister female team, and is crafting some of our most stellar wines yet! Learning from some of the best in the business while continuing her education at UC Davis, she is moving the #womeninwine movement forward.

This event will be indoors only with limited to 20 guests..
